Community Flyers

As outlined by FCPS Regulation 1367.2, school principals shall offer options to nonprofit organizations that would like to make their materials available to students and parents.  At Sangster during the 2018-2019 school year, non-profit organizations will be permitted to send flyers in student take home folder two times during the school year. Flyer distribution dates for the 2018-2019 school year are October 18, 2018 and  March 14, 2019. Flyers must be related to the schools' educational mission and be age-appropriate, and include the disclaimer "These materials are neither sponsored nor endorsed by the Fairfax County School Board, the Superintendent, or this School” at the top of the flyer. Community organizations should submit their flyer to the school ten business days in advance of the distribution date. Once approved, the organization will be required to make the copies necessary for distribution, and bring them to the school office at least three business days prior to the distribution date.
